I work at McDonald’s as a shift manager.

A lady and her boyfriend came banging on the door saying they needed their DoorDash order. The lobby closes at 12, and this happened around 12:30. The order name was “Stancy.” I first told them they needed to go through the drive-thru line like everyone else, but they refused multiple times.

Trying to be nice, I eventually let them inside. As the boyfriend walked into the lobby, the girlfriend made a smart remark about me locking the doors, and I responded back to her. Then the boyfriend started pressing me about it, and I told him he could sit and wait for the order, which made him even angrier. The guy was about three times my size and was clearly trying to intimidate or fight me.

He started threatening my job and said a GM from another store they knew personally was “going to have my ass.” I told him I didn’t give a flying shi about that. Later I found out they were related to a former GM who had been demoted.

I ended up having them removed by the police. After that, they called the store 14 times in a row saying things like, “I’ll have them roll back the cameras and see what you did, you dumb b.” I responded with, “Are you stupid or something?” and she hung up. I said that because now this is just harassment.

That’s the last time I let a dasher into the lobby after closing. If the lobby is closed, it’s closed

Voice chat is disconnected for some reason and I’ve tried deleting it. One day I had a message that said allow public chat, and I clicked disable thinking it will just mute me. Now I can’t talk or hear anyone. help please
