Went on an adventure today and found some moss and sticks and a couple other small flora and got to work. Just something small for my first one as my moss hunt was not extremely fruitful, but i made due with what I gathered :)
So I recently combined the walstad method with the ecosphere method and I ended up with this weird creature that walks around and hangs out on my plants in my enclosed fishbowl. Anybody have any idea if its some sort of weird spiky isopod or something else. Very hard to capture clearly but I tried my best.
I have a Mega fan subscription, app is up to date, but even on different browsers I get 404'd aswell. How do I fix this? Been several days. Can't browse at all, can't even see simulcast seasons, basically can only use my main page.
I obviously wont post everyday, but i wanted to let you all know I released the damselfly larvae and gathered some aquatic grasses aswell as duckweed but in the process I ended up with an insane amount of these crazy worms and definitely added far too much fauna, but will close it up and see what happens. I believe they're midge worms, but would love a more experienced community member to confirm for me. Very excited to see how this ecosystem evolves and balances. Its far more chaotic and active than my first which is basically an amano shrimp tank now, so not really an ecosphere anymore.
P.s Better to watch without volume as gf was watching house deep cleaning videos.
Its still cloudy as I literally just put it together, but its looking scary already. Already seeing an apex predator in the murky water. Not sure what the little white things are but there are alot of them. Keeping the jar open until it settles and I can add some plants for oxygen.
