The game I am trying to find was a strategy/tower defense of sorts. It featured these factory type buildings you could place as well as garbage trucks with some kind of waste barrels (?) that get moved. I can vaguely recall there being these lights you would place and maybe enemies to defeat. I don't remember the game having particularly good graphics.

I apologize for the lack of details, I have looked several times over the past 5 years to find it to no avail. This is a very foggy memory of mine that I know exists but cannot recall specifics from.
