Just took a flight from NYC to LHR in their flagship business, and it was a nightmare. The seat was absolutely filthy with what looks to be the remnants of a toddler pouch and crackers. And to top it off, my priority bag didn’t make it on the flight and they’re still locating it. Their app is also terrible—Delta, United, all have bag tracking capabilities right on the app. Never again!
