I really hope its not bat related because im developing a phobia of them

my parent's don't believe me and i try to keep myself as calm as possible but my paranoia is max level. any friendly comments if i should act? it's been 3 weeks already and i don't feel anything..yet for someone who dosent know i fear of Australian bat lyssavirus
