37m, dip holder only, no deg, 11yoe, infocomms
37M here, diploma holder, no degree. Started working in this role in 2013 at a then standard degree holder pay for the role. Just trying to say, it's possible to get past the so-called minimum degree qualification barrier as I have done it ... Oh this is a non-sales/non-commission role and not finance/banking/oil gas industry.
