Can someone please explain the difference between creation and log date?

In March I was told that my app "was created on 2/18". and that it would take 120 days to "process the app."I took that to mean I would get my refund in June. At that time they gave me the id/number associated with my app, an r number I believe.

I called today and was told my app was logged on June 5. Does that mean I will get my refund in 3-4 months?

I'm so confused. Appreciate any insight. TIA

Have you received your refund yet? I'm still waiting. I was counting on getting my money in June. Hope it is deposited soon.
