Does anyone have any modules they use to convert your 0-10v output to a relay output?

I have used EASY IO FR-02 and they work but are expensive.

Others have recommended driving a 12vdc relay, this turns the light on the relay but doesn’t energise the coil.

The bms output is very low current so cannot drive low voltage delay coils.

I have also seen the use of voltage comparators, optocouplers etc

Any advice on reliable cheap solutions?

I am trying to figure out the optimal configuration for my setup.

The host has a 5800x3d with 3080 and can get about 85fps at 1440 or 55fps at 4k in game. I have a 1440p monitor and 4k virtual display.

The client is 4k 60hz.

Which of the following would give the best results?

- Set everything to 4k with gpu is pinned at 99% at 55fps. Doesn’t feel as smooth

- set host to 1440 and client stream to 1440 and TV will upscale to 4k

- set host to 4k monitor, render game in 1440 so I get higher FPS and stream to client in 4k (does this offer any benefit or is it a waste of time?)

What would you recommend for optimal setup of best visuals and latency?

For context, I am 35 and have arthritis in my STT and CMC joints with no cartilage left between the joints following a car accident.

The pain is mild to moderate , depending on what I am doing. Some days it’s okay and other days it sucks.

I saw a wrist surgeon that said they wouldn’t want to do surgery on my wrist due to my age, nor do I want it.

They want me to have a cortisone shot but I am hesitant as it is just a bandaid solution, maybe a few months relief at best and then it’ll be the same as before and it’s not like I can have them for the rest of my life.

Looking for peoples advice and experiences.
