I’m trying to get my son more conditioning ahead of football season and am looking for an open space preferably a football field with a track around it.
Any public fields available or are most of them gatekept?
Got diagnosed with a “small” sliding hiatal hernia when I was getting a CT Scan for something else. They didn’t even tell me the actual size lol.
Since then it’s been a nightmare. It kicked off some cardiogastric issues that led to me developing PVCs.
I’m also now blessed with massive anxiety, stress, and I have to sleep upright which is wildly uncomfortable because I can’t get full breaths when laying flat.
I read that some people get chiropractic treatment for this, is that possible and has anyone actually had success?
