Hey everyone I’m a residential plumber and am offering my services to any single moms who maybe can’t pay to fix some maybe simple plumbing issues in the house.
I’m trying to get my son more conditioning ahead of football season and am looking for an open space preferably a football field with a track around it.
Any public fields available or are most of them gatekept?
Does anyone know which stores sell a boonie hat with neck flap in desert camo print?
I need it by tomorrow.
Size: Large or extra large
Searching in the Los Angeles area.
Willing to travel within a 20-mile radius of Inglewood.
Hi everyone! I am looking for a house under $750,000 (I just got an estimate from my mortgage lender). I work from home and have occasional meetings at LAX, Burbank Airport, and Santa Monica Airport (probably bi-monthly for each).
Schools are not important, as we just got into a very good magnet school (LACES). When I started doing deep research, it looked like we did not have a lot of options for a 1,500 sq ft 3/2 in livable condition with a decent-sized lot (at least 5,000 sq ft).
Also, we want to live in a smaller city with more responsive first responders and better services. The crime rate is important as well, so we are avoiding Compton, Lynwood, El Monte, and East LA, even though they are cheaper.
I think Inglewood is one of the stronger contenders for this budget. The city is spending a lot of money to improve its infrastructure (yes, there is a lot of corruption, but the money goes towards regular folks as well). There are a lot of new developments (a new Sprouts is coming, a new 5-star hotel, 2,500 new houses, and new offices for sports and studios). Inglewood has a great climate and proximity to the ocean (which is one of the reasons we decided to skip the city of San Fernando). The city is building a new high school and library, and the downtown Market Street revitalization project is upcoming. When we toured houses, we saw 3 to 5 remodeled houses on each block and probably 2 to 3 under construction (second-floor additions, etc.). Reseda and Canoga Park look good too, but they are part of LA.
Is Inglewood the best choice for $750,000?
Hi all, we’ve got a fully renovated 1 bed/1 bath open right now in Inglewood. Everything’s updated: new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new cabinetry and countertops, new flooring throughout. The bedroom is a good size with real closet space.
Location is a big plus here. You’re minutes from SoFi Stadium and the Intuit Dome, LAX is close if you travel a lot, and there’s a Metro K Line stop nearby if you’d rather skip driving into the city.
*Single car garage with secured entry to common spaces & additional storage at no upcharge
*Brand new in-building laundry facilities
*Stainless steel appliances, modern upgrades and matte black finishes
*The unit comes in at around 600 sq.ft
*No pets, please! I know this is a dealbreaker for some.
If you would like to schedule a private tour or have additional questions, please DM or text/call/email - my info is listed below.
Rent is $2495 - $2650 depending on the unit, though we are offering concessions for quick move-ins!
Qualifications are to the tune of 2.5-3x the rent gross income & a 650 credit score or more. $50 application fee and 1 month security deposit.

She went missing in inglewood ca she is solid chocolate brown and fluffy long haired. She was wearing a pink collar with a tag. On her tag it says kisses w our home phone number. It has since changed to 4242360605. She went missing on century blvd and Crenshaw. If anyone knows anything please call or text the 424 number at any hour of the day. Thank u.
I was in a two-car collision on the 405 northbound near Century Blvd on Saturday, August 1st, around 12:50 PM — black BMW coupe, right rear damage. Both cars ended up further north near Manchester, and the freeway was briefly closed afterward.
If you drove that stretch around then and run a dashcam or Tesla Sentry Mode, I'd really appreciate it if you'd check your footage. Even a few seconds would help. Thanks so much.
