Just bought this. Seller says it's new old stock. It does look perfect. From my basic research, it does not seem Wilson re-released this glove. Is it a legit original. Almost too good to be true. What say you?
Hello, I am fully aware of the difference between the two. I am just wondering how other FSBOs have handled whether to demand a VAL, along with an offer? My strategy has been to demand a very recent pre approval just to see my house, and to then require a VAL to accompany an offer. Anyone else handling it this way, or am I pushing business away. To my thinking a VAL costs the borrower nothing and takes a few days to achieve. It's not a big deal, right? Or is it.
