Hi! I do ballet and was thinking of using a modern/dress like costume for a contemporary piece. My cousin studies at UAL london and she told me a while back that lots of uni students would be willing to do commissions for ballet costumes. Does anyone know what websites i could connect with them on, or if this type of practice is allowed? And are there any alternatives?

Hi guys, yesterday i did my first 10k race with with the A60 brace because it was highly recommended by everyone i spoke to. However after the run u had extreme pain in my heal (where the strap crossed) as well as on the skin over the abductor hallucis. any tips on how to solve this problem? or is the brace just not built for my foot? what i’ve noticed is that the padding on the sides do not extend to the bottom of the foot and stop at the ankle, which causes the side pain.
