“okay well i’m all out and my dog/cat/lizard/etc needs it today.”
“we should have it in stock on [upcoming day of week]”

ok this is gonna sound a little pathetic. does anyone have any tips on how to not feel like ur the worst person in the world while trying to sell premier? even if i think it’s genuinely worth it for the customer i still feel like a scammer. does anyone have any tips or tricks? i’m trying to mention it to people who i know will NOT take it to try to get desensitized to getting told no but im still struggling. sorry if this is a weird question im just looking for any ideas
