18f feels like quitting is impossible
I’ve been using porn for 4 years now and it feels like it’s impossible to quit. I’m afraid that my brain is permanently damaged because of porn usage in my development years. ive listened to the Huberman podcast and he talks about neuroplasticity and your brains ability to heal, does anyone know if that is true?
