What should I set minimum pressure too

Median pressure is 7.28 and 95% pressure is 9.12. What should I set my minimum pressure at. It is currently at 7 and max is at 15. Should I keep it at 7 or go to 8.

I am trying to narrow my range because big gaps in pressure makes me remove the mask and create leaks. Your help is appreciated.

Airsense 10. P10 mask.

Just finished reading the Simple Path To Wealth

I just finished reading the Simple Path To Wealth and I must admit I am a bit confused.

My goal is maximum returns for now. Based on what I read in the book, there are studies that recommend 10-25% in bond and 75-90% in total stock market outperform by a bit 100% total stock market.

What is the thoughts of the community on this please?

Anki deck to study breakout setup

Hi!

I am looking to learn the breakout strategy and only focus on it. I want to optimize my time and as I work full-time and can’t watch all the video from Qullmaggie, I am interested in an anki deck card that I can do wherever.

Do anyone have an anki deck cards about breakouts by any chance. If there is no deck cards, I am wondering if anyone has a pdf or slide show of setups to study they are willing to share and I will make a deck from it.

I wonder if there is an anki deck or if anyone have key papers I can use to build anki deck.

Thanks!

Looking for high-quality 1688 vendors for classic menswear (Brooks Brothers / Loro Piana style)

Hi everyone,

I have been browsing this subreddit and searching through past posts, and I was hoping to get some guidance.

I am a young professional looking to save on clothing by sourcing from 1688. My style leans classic and business casual, such as well fitted dress pants, dress shirts, polos, and other high quality basics.

I tend to like brands such as Brooks Brothers and Loro Piana, so I am especially interested in vendors that focus on good fabric quality and strong craftsmanship, particularly in tailoring and cut.

Does anyone have recommendations for reliable 1688 sellers that meet this standard?

Thanks in advance.

Advice for setting up my portfolio in my 401k and my HSA and emergency fund

Hi all,

I've been lurking in this community for a while and finally feel ready to ask for help with my finances.

I have a 401(k) through Fidelity using brokerage link, and all my investments are held at Fidelity. I'm in my 30s and want to take an aggressive approach focused on stocks. For my 401(k), I'm considering this portfolio:

- VTI: 60%
- VXUS: 30%
- AVUV: 10%

For my HSA, where I want the flexibility to sell if I need to (in case of health emergency), I'm thinking of holding VTI 100%. Or would you recommend doing the same as in my 401k?

I'm also building an emergency fund through Charles Schwab and currently putting everything into SGOV. Is that good or should I go with a different Money Market Fund? I don't want HYSA because I don't want to pay state taxes.

Right now, all is in cash and I have not bought into any ETFs.

Would you recommend lump-sum investing or gradual dollar-cost averaging to enter these positions? Also, would it make sense to sell puts or covered calls to help buy into my positions?

Thank you for your help!

Help with pressure settings and mask removal? (OSCAR data attached) - FOLLOW-UP

Thank you to u/Creative_Fee5452 and to u/RippingLegos__ for your help.

Please see previous post for context.

https://www.reddit.com/r/CPAPSupport/comments/1tzs2la/comment/oqe0fe1/?screen_view_count=2

I made the changes suggested. Sleep is better. I am not removing the mask, but the past two days there has been larger leaks although I did not make any changes. I am not getting optimal sleep.

I am attaching the screenshots. Any suggestions you have for improving my settings for better sleep with CPAP would truly be appreciated.

Thank you all for your help!

Is my portfolio safe from the the Nasdaq-100 inclusion?

I am actually starting to be worried. The idea of passive investing was something I truly believed in.

Michael Burry, famously known for predicting the 2008 housing crisis, has repeatedly argued that massive inflows into passive index funds and ETFs are inflating a dangerous market bubble. He warned that this trend severely distorts true stock valuations and risk pricing. I believe he saw the Nasdaq-100 rules rewriting as something comings.

What ETFs are insulated from the Nasdaq-100 rules rewriting? Is VTI, VXUS or AVUV?

Looking for some guidance and help!

Help with pressure settings and mask removal? (OSCAR data attached)

Hi everyone,

I’ve been lurking on this sub for a while and find it incredibly helpful. I’m hoping to get some advice on my machine settings.

My Background:

  • Diagnosed about 12 years ago (I was quite young at the time).
  • I struggled with compliance early on because I kept taking my mask off.
  • Now that I'm older, I'm really feeling the effects. I currently only wear my mask for 2-3 hours a night. I recently tried going without it for a week and felt awful.
  • More recently, I have been playing with settings and got some good nights with 6-7 hours of sleep. 2 of these nights, I woke up with the mask still on me (it felt so good)!

The Main Issue:

  • I unconsciously take my mask off in my sleep and don't realize it.
  • I’ve seen multiple doctors and respiratory therapists (RTs). Only one RT was actually able to help by finding the right mask for me.

My gear:

  • CPAP: Resmed airsense 10
  • Mask: Resmed N20
  • Tube: Climate line air

Current Settings & OSCAR Data:

  • Min pressure: 8; Max pressure: 15.4; ERP 3; No ramp; Humidity level: 4.
  • I suspect my current issue is related to my pressure settings.
  • I’m using OSCAR to analyze my data. It’s helped a bit, but I feel like I've hit a wall.
  • OSCAR suggested some pressure changes and recommended using a soft cervical collar.
  • I’m using the collar and it has helped slightly, but based on my own research, I’m hesitant to wear it every single night.

I’ve attached screenshots of my OSCAR data. I would really appreciate any insights on how to adjust my settings or troubleshoot this! Thanks in advance.
