I added the Black Flag and Dead Kennedys logos to a safety crossbar at my job.

I am having an issue with paper wasps making nests outside of two of my windows. I know they are pollinators and should be left be if possible, but they are in a horrible location and one of my children is epi-allergic to wasps. I have sprayed them with wasp spray, with hot water, and with 30% vinegar all to no avail; they always return to the same area. What can be done to dissuade them from returning?
