I’m thinking of jumping from Rocky to Alma for all our Linux machines as they seem to be actively fostering it as the VFX distro.

Is anyone out there using it who isn’t in a company with an IT dept?

Are there any gotchas that I should know about? I’ve used Ubuntu before so am aware of all the library linking I needed to do on that but Alma should be more straightforward right?

After long deliberation I’ve decided to sell my Sigma FP, loupe and kit lens.

I also have a DPL cage to go with it if you want.

But I don’t want to deal with postage etc if I can avoid it so was wondering if anyone local to Melbourne Australia is looking for one at the moment?
