new to switch: good game for skyrim hater but rpg enjoyer

got my switch secondhand recently, and have only played a couple games. I really enjoy it from my limited experience but I think i’m super picky.

LOVED breath of the wild (and previously enjoyed all other zelda titles) and love Persona 5 Royal. Have been trying to play skyrim for a month but i just really don’t enjoy it, and im done forcing myself to like it.

Things I loved about breath of the wild:
The open world and sense of exploration, the main quest, the art style, the chill vibe, the combat, zelda

Things I loved about persona 5:
The characters and story, quite like the turn based combat, art style and world, the whole scheduling time based aspect, once again quite chill.

Playing skyrim just genuinely makes me nauseous. I also just get really overwhelmed playing as there’s so much to do and I have genuinely no interest in doing any of it. maybe it’s the medieval setting and art style. I started it because I was under the impression i was just an RPG enjoyer and would be down for anything but I was wrong.

Going into so much detail because when I get into a game I really really love it and it’s such effective escapism for me and I just got a new job I hate so need it bad 🙏🙏 I like blind buying games but I feel so guilty spending £40 on a game just to not enjoy it. pls give me some switch game recs based on my super limited likes and experience thank u!!! I think preferably an RPG but literally anything.
