Been a while, need advice?

Hello! So I’ve been a Rocky Horror fan for years upon years, and I’ve grown such a deep love for the Rocky Horror showings. When I turned 18, I’d go all the time with friends. I’d yell at the screen, sing and dance even when it wasn’t the time warp, and I’d completely let go and feel so safe doing so, especially as a person who is typically very anxious and shy. It’s been years since I’ve gone, I’m in my mid twenties now. My partner is taking us to a showing soon - they’ve seen the movie once and loved it, but has never been to a show and I’ve never been with my partner before.
I’m excited to dress up (or down rather) and enjoy - but I can’t help but feel this anxiety. It’s like I forgot how to be at the show? I’m sure once I’m there I’ll become as comfortable as the years before, but the audiences I’ve been in in the more recent times have been so bleh and I’m just scared of making a fool out of myself for singing, dancing, lifting up my leg at the floor show like I used to. I think I’m a bit anxious because my partner isn’t used to such an atmosphere, a Virgin to it rather, and hasn’t seen me, or at least how I used to be, at these showings… I’m also worried I won’t be accepted in the way people can be now… not sure if that’s because energy is down or I really am making a fool out of myself… maybe I just need a reminder of the community I’ve been so far from for a while, the community that made me feel belonged. I suppose I’m asking for advice, hell, maybe reassurance… because this is something I’m beyond excited for especially to share with my partner, yet I feel so much anxiety I can’t figure out how to shake it

Need some tips and advice for weight loss

I (25, F) have noticed a difference in my body, it’s been existent the last year or two, however I feel I’ve lost some weight since, but the scale and certain days don’t agree with me. I also deal with body dysmorphia, but I think I finally came to the conclusion of reality - I’ve got weight I dont like and I can’t lose it. Especially in my stomach, arms, and face. I was never skinny, yet never large. I’m not quite at that large point, but I worry I’m gonna get there.
Ideally, I’d like to go to the gym but any of the ones close to me cost way too much or have felt very uncomfortable to work out in due to it’s crowds and the kind of people in those crowds.
I get most of my physical activity at work, I’m constantly on my feet, walking and lifting almost all day, so clearly my issue seems to mainly be a diet issue. I have no schedule for food - I’ve struggled with eating disorders for years, as I’ve aged it’s not like it used to be and maybe I’m suffering for it now in weight gain? When I do eat, it’s not always healthy or unhealthy, it’s inconsistent, I usually eat something small in the morning then some sort of meal in the mid afternoon, that’s it. Any advice on any good (and easy to start!) food or ways of eating that may have helped with significant yet healthy weight loss im all ears. I feel at a loss.
