Tesla Gigafactory Nevada
Has anyone worked at the Nevada Gigafactory before? I'll be heading there in the fall and I have a few questions.
Did you take the housing option offered by Tesla? If so, how was your experience (especially regarding safety, cleanliness, and management)? Would you recommend staying there or trying to find another place to rent for 4 months?
How good is the shuttle system between Reno and the factory? Did it align with your work hours, even when you worked overtime? Would you recommend having your own car?
I'm planning to drive my car down from Ontario, which means I would be going through a land border crossing, but I've heard Tesla tells interns to fly in through YVR (I haven't spoken to the lawyers yet). If you got your TN at a land crossing, how was your experience?
