I have a new Anderson screen/storm door and something seems wrong with the handle. I’m pretty sure this occurred last fall when putting in the glass door. The handle isn’t sitting parallel to the ground - you only move the handle a little bit for it to open. It’s not a physical problem. The door still closes and opens but it just doesn’t feel right. It feels cheap and broken. I know it wasn’t like this when I bought it. Any ideas?
