please help.

i had dlss on and i tried swiri hing to taa. but it still persist. graphics api is set to vulkan

getting these weird horizontal wavy lines like the ones. please help

the boat material is fine in ibject, but its turning pink in texture paint mode and i cant paint on top of it. please help
