Is a jumping garage door track a problem? This just recently started this summer

Hey yall! First time homeowner here, and we’re getting quite a few spiders and millipedes in our basement.

We’re already running a dehumidifier at 40%, so they die within a week usually but I don’t want them inside at all.

Is it okay to caulk around the top of the unfinished foundation in the basement where the framing meets the foundation? Any other suggestions? No major cracks, sunlight, etc coming through so I don’t know how these bugs get in.
