Should my computer monitor look like it's bulging with prism glasses?

My prism computer glasses just arrived (I haven't yet ordered my everyday progressives) and they seem fine, except it looks like my computer monitor bulges out a bit at the center. Also, certain elements of large images (such as my computer's wallpaper) look ever-so-slightly 3D.

Is this a problem? Is it normal?

If it is a problem, is it a script issue or a grinding issue? Or impossible to say without more info?

FWIW these are cheap glasses from Zenni, which I have had pretty good luck with prior to being prescribed prism lenses.

Online retailer that offers prism for progressive lenses?

I recently got my diagnosis and new glasses script. I usually order my glasses from Zenni, but they only offer single vision lenses with prism. I was able to order my computer glasses (for under $60 with coupons!), but still need progressives for everday wear.

Do any of the online retailers offer progressives with prism? Or do you recommend any brick-and-mortar retailers who have particularly good prices? Money is really tight ATM.
