Hi everyone, I love this sub Reddit and I wish everyone here the perfect outcome! I’ve been profoundly nearsighted my whole life… I’m a few days post surgery for my first eye, and I keep bursting into tears because I can’t believe how life-changing this is. And how badly I’ve been impacted by the cataracts when I look through my presurgical eye— I was scared to get surgery, but I really couldn’t see so had no choice! Now I put my drops in and then I’m worried about washing them all out with tears of disbelief and joy. This emotional roller coaster caught me off guard—anyone else experience similar?
