Why are godess seemed kinda distant/uncaring about people?

Besides their Knights they seems to be similiar to that of a children who raised to be quite and just do as to what there were told, weirdly enough senerva explicitly saves and wants to advocate to help those in need outside of their missions so are the goddess different to her in terms of thinking to be honest the personality difference is so far others seems like a robot and she herself felt like human but only her and teoritta why is it though?

Is favoritism or something as to why the fifth order gets less supplies than other holyknights order, xyloforbatz plus senerva is probably one of the strongest orders other than beukes/luckjut (the eleventh order holy Knights)

Think about it he could probably be somewhat protected by the temple to be a little more armed or strapped but because he is a goody two-shoes if it comes to political and nobility affairs. The fifth order is where they are due to that reason. but why does senerva is one of the only godess who is kinda smart and altruistical about people compare to the other godess, xyloforbatz probably is just like the others; stoic and caring specifically about the victory and the details of the missons but his godess probably changed him a lot because she seems to be very altruistical and sincere to help others.

There's abundance of funny moments in the light novels *heavy spoilers*

So many important female literally infatuated with xyloforbatx attitude for whatever reasons and he also seems to genuinely aren't open minded to settling down if he got his redemption when it comes to his heroes status, and Im actually curious as to what happened to the royal family and the holy knights are also interesting
