Pet groomer rec

I need some recommendations for a pet groomer who has the know-how to work with a first-time dog who may be fussy.

I just brought home a 1 year old pup who just needs bath and nail trim (no haircut). He's scared of the blow dryer and wiggles out of every grip when I try to trim his nails.

I went to Petco, but when I told them this they expressed enough annoyance that I'm not confident they would do it without hurting or traumatizing him.

I'm in south Durham but am willing to drive. He's 30lbs and bouncy (not aggressive), if that's helpful info.

Hell, I'll even take someone who just does his nails. I taught him "paw," but all he got out of it is "whack mom = get a treat," and the scratches are adding up...

I adopted an 11-month old, large-ish dog who's very sweet, and VERY bouncy.

He got neutered yesterday and had the zoomies when we got home, with lots of jumping on the couch. He ended up so sore and uncomfortable that I had to give him an early dose of pain meds (okay'd by the vet).

How do I get this 30 lb chaos gremlin to hold still for the next week so he can heal??? He panics when he's restrained (including being in his crate) and so full of puppy energy. I've had him for a month and he's settling in so well, but we're still building that trust.

Any guidance would be appreciated!
