Custom curtain recommendations?

Thats the question. Do you have a trusted curtain guy? I just want basic sheers, a normal blackout curtain and some roman blinds for short windows.

Please forward any trusted company numbers!

How do I build muscle and lose weight when obese, weak and post partum?

Hey guys! Im 34, had a baby a year and half ago, and have alot of weakness due to celiac, and constant back pain from my muscles being weak (since 5 years, got worse after baby from picking him up!). I did one of those inbody scans recently which showed I have very poor muscle for my weight. Im 5'7 and 98 kg currentlywhich is less than my pre pregnancy weight yay! I was told to increase my muscle by 5 kilos atleast to balance things. I do also have some vitamin deficiencies and have started supplements for that.

Ive been sedentary as I am a sahm mom and my baby is quite active now so I do have to run after him a bit. I need to know what I should do to help increase my muscle and lose weight. My goal is to be around 60 kilos which is good for my height. How do I go about doing beginner excercises to gain muscle and lose weight? I have a walking pad and my building gym has some cycles, treadmills and dumbbells. I could also do pilates. Keep in mind my back and neck pain, and any overwhelm, any normal excercise makes me hurt for ages- like my knee starts hurting or my back will spasm. Excercising makes me feel like my body is so heavy and I need to take so many breaks and rest, and sometimes I get light headed too. I need to do this consistently and slowly but need some help in pointing me toward the right direction. I will also be in a calorie deficit, but dumbfounded on how to start working out! Whats your advise? Please help!

HI! Id like to ask if anyone has ordered bk beauty brushes to dubai, and how! Id really like to get a set but seeing as they dont have shipping to dubai, I dont know how! They seem to be the best makeup brushes to get your hands on and Id love to try them. Do you all have any other recommendations for great makeup brushes that I can buy locally?

My toddler is exactly 18 months old. He's a happy go lucky kid, Im a SAHM, and this is my only baby. Recently we went on a trip to visit my parents and since coming back a month ago, he's more attached to me than usual. I've become the favorite parent instead of his dad, and he wants to spend every waking moment with me- wont let me cook, or do anything else including going to the bathroom. Even Miss Rachel wont distract him, and I have to hear wailing until I come out in 30 seconds. This is causing me to have burnout and I find myself becoming very agitated. He's also falling sick quite a bit and its one issue after another- teething, viral rash, strep throat!
Earlier he would play with his toys and be obsessed with his dad, now he wants to come to me even if he's in dad's arms! While sick, even when he was asleep he would scoot over to my side of the bed and slept constantly caressing my arm which sounds sweet but caused me to be sleepless. I feel like I havent rested in so long and want to run away from the house! I cant pee, I cant shower, cant use my laptop, cant talk on the phone, nothing. Even when we go out he wants us to carry him or runs around without getting tired. We cant put him in daycare yet and we limit his interaction with other kids as he falls sick immediately and has been hospitalized 4 times the past year. We take him on walks and play with him, buy him all the toys and read books with him but we arent able to handle his separation anxiety! Any tips would be greatly appreciated!! I need to find a way to make time for myself, and make him a little more independent, without causing breakdowns! Thank you.
