i’ve been trying to manifest physical changes for SEVEN YEARS with 0 results. i need this to work, or i can’t live my life. body dysmorphia has ruined me for forever, and this is my only shot at fixing that. yes i’ve been to therapy, yes i’m on medication, i’ve tried other methods. i need to change my face. it’s my only chance at happiness, and it’s not fucking working. i don’t even know if it does anymore, nobody ever posts proof. all the “results” here are puberty and makeup. i’ve never seen anyone really change their face, and it’s so discouraging.

i’m so demotivated right now. i need to manifest physical changes, or i’ll never be happy. i need this to work, or i don’t know what i’ll do. i’ve robotic affirmed, i’ve visualized, i’ve listed to subliminals. what the fuck do i even need to do? i’m so sad, has anyone ACTUALLY manifested physical changes? or is this just a big lie? please help me.

has anyone like completely changed their eye color? i’m starting to doubt a lot. any advice or before and afters would be really appreciated lol

nobody ever posts photo proof that they manifested physical change. i’ve never seen ANYONE who has actually changed what i want to change. i’ve been trying for years and have gotten absolutely nowhere. i need to change my face, i don’t understand why it’s not working. does it even work at all? can someone who has ACTUALLY manifested a drastic physical change please help me? this is ruining my life and i am so beyond sad.

if so, please share. i really want to see good photographic evidence of drastic physical changes. not getting results has ruined my life to the point i feel completely hopeless.

i’m trying to manifest physical changes, and it’s just not working. every time i look at myself, it’s the same face. wtf do i have to even do to get this to work? i look at the subliminal subreddit and see “results” where the person legit looks the exact same. and yet, people hype it up. is it just delusion? i need this to work, i can’t live with this face anymore, it’s misery. please help me if you’ve actually manifested drastic changes to your face. i’m feeling defeated.
