Hemorrhoid cream near vagina

Hi all, pretty simple question: is it a huge issue if my hemorrhoid cream travels down towards my vagina? I am using cream to treat them but when i sit it kind of migrates naturally down towards my vagina and I don't know if I should be doing anything differently to prevent this, or if it's not a huge issue. TIA :)

I broke up with my boyfriend about two weeks ago. It wasn't that bad but it wasn't really mutual. I was sad and all but was able to live my life normally. We have a lot of mutual friends and so I've seen him in passing one time since the breakup, and I've heard he's doing "alright."

This morning he texted me and asked me if I wanted to see each other and talk things out. I'm all for hearing him out, but we got back together one time already so that is not a possibility for me. I don't know how to tell him that no matter how much talking we do and what conclusion we come to that it will not result in us getting back together, and I'm not even sure if this is a good idea for both of us.

For context, he was never very manipulative, never yelled, and never hurt or insulted me, so I have no reason to believe there's any malicious intent here. And it's not that things ended because he was abusive or he cheated, it had just run its course and I felt like we didn't love each other anymore. Whatever he's trying to "talk out" here isn't going to be him trying to excuse inexcusable behavior.

Do I give him a chance to talk, give it a few weeks more so it's not quite as fresh and THEN talk, or is it probably just best if we keep our peace and not bother trying to talk anything out? We don't have any deep unresolved problems here but it would be nice to be able to be civil and not awkward around each other since we have mutual friends. Would we be able to achieve that without debriefing everything or is there a chance conversation could be healthy?

TIA.
