I'm 41, male. My biggest issue is blocking access to anything adult while at work. I block every internet app except Chrome and YouTube. I listen to a lot of YouTube while I work. I also have a content blocker which catches most of the bad stuff on YouTube and Chrome. Chrome is pretty well censored, and I dont want to block it, since I want to have a browser available if i need it. The issue is that I'm pretty creative finding stuff that scratches the itch. I need help plugging the loopholes I use the wastes time at work, which costs me money. I have poorly managed ADHD too, which I feel isn't helping my urges. Ultimately, I want to quit porn completely, I just want to use the weekdays to refrain and work towards tapering off.
