Needing some advice on career path

Hey everyone, currently feeling stuck and not sure what to do. I don't think my situation is terribly unique but I'm a 26 year old from Florida, and am very interested in returning to my original career goal and life goal of being a librarian and moving to the Pacific Northwest (specifically Washington). Between 2018-2020 I did two years of college looking to earn an AA, definitely wasn't terribly motivated back then, didn't know what I was doing really. Covid hits, years go by without out much progress and now am looking at myself a bit frustrated and wanting to pick back up and continue on with getting a MLIS. I don't know exactly what I'm asking, is it worth it? Is it too late for me? Regarding my interest in specifically a career in the PNW, I was browsing some older threads here about attending FSU and USF online, and a few people mentioned that those are good options if the goal was to stay in the south, which is definitely not my goal. Is there another program from a college that would be recommended for someone who specifically wants to work in the PNW? Thank you for reading my rambling!!
