meta ads rant
i have so many complaints about this platform but i'll stay focused on my complaint at hand.
does anyone else set up ads meticulously just for meta to remove all customizations? i set the CTA to "get offer" 14 times and i go back in and it's on "see details". then i switch out the vertical placement to another asset but when i go back in it's still running the original asset on vertical placements.
i am doing huge builds with a ton of assets and i can't be going back in and consistently checking every one. i feel like i literally can't trust any of the setup that i do for my clients. i have been running ads for 10 years and this might be the worst the platform has ever been. their support is incredibly unhelpful and i am such a loss as to what we can do as advertisers to get answers, support, platform upgrades etc. i have reported to BBB but obviously that did nothing. can we protest lol? idk what to do.
