I recently got a chemical peel and everything went great initially. I'm on day two now and I noticed a discolored patch of skin that looks more melanated than the rest of my skin. I'm really discouraged now. I've never had this experience with a chemical peel before. I've been to this place before and everything went fine that time. This time the esthetician was different, and I noticed she didn't ask as many questions. I don't know if this is a normal reaction for a deeper peel, or if something went wrong, and now I'm worried.
