Thor being D Tier is no longer an agenda, its the truth
Emma the hardest Thor counter in the game is meta right now. Dinosaur took the title of best brawler in the game . When emma and dinosaur are being played thor just gets kidnapped and chokedslam to death everytime. Even without emma its so hard to escape Dino's kidnap because he is too big and blocks all healing.
He is in a situation where even the buffs cant solve this problem, only nerfs to others - especially to dinosaur.
