PLEASE make me a tank I DON’T want to be a DPS

Please, Guang. Please. He’s a sword-wielding (tanks need a sword wielder) god-killer the size of Thor, and threw down with 3 Thors simultaneously… Don’t make him a DPS.. not even a tanky or tank-buster DPS. Just make him a tank.

Best team up for general play?

So far I’ve been using the Hela passive and while it’s definitely saved me in a few situations it seems odd to try and play around. How do people feel about the spear? Usually I always forgotten about it in previous seasons, the combo tool seems tempting but the cheat death seems hard to pass up for value overall

Just noticed something about Thor's ult.

You can move up and down in his ult before he slams. It be cool if it made a difference in some way but yeah I just noticed you can do it...Champ Thor btw lol. Just goes to show how badly designed his ult is, I may not be the most astute person either lol.

Are drunk Thor mains actually a thing?

I've kept hearing about the tales of drunk Thor players talking away in VC all game, slurring all their words and despite that doing well somehow.

I came across one myself just recently. He told us he'd been drinking a bit at the start then was yapping the whole match, couldn't understand half the things he was saying tbh. Didn't complain though he was an entertaining chap and we won.

Is this an actual thing in the Thor community?

Anyone else having a tough time getting real value out of Thor this season?

Thor has always been a “selfish” tank. We are all well-aware of his strengths and weaknesses, but it seems as if his weaknesses are showing a bit more this season than previous ones. Pumping out damage is not an issue and never really has been, but that is the main value that Thor provides at the moment. With the rise of Magneto/Thing and the addition of Hood, it feels as if I am limiting my team’s win potential this season by playing Thor.

This particularly showed once I hit Diamond. He simply explodes into poke if you aren’t extremely careful, and generally doesn’t provide any sort of defensive capabilities (aside from peel) for his team. Having this combined with a few support buffs feels like he has been left behind in the current state of the game.

There are times I feel as if I am playing perfect and still get outperformed by a Magneto or Hood. I will stay the course and continue to pick up The Hammer, but will still yearn for greener pastures for The God of Thunder in upcoming seasons.

Coincidence?

Probably a stretch but maybe they wanted to intentionally have Gorr's debut season line up with the release of the first issue of King Thor since he does make an appearance again in this miniseries. Or it just lined up perfectly
