Just a quick vent: I usually exceed weekly production targets, but these L1 reviews have not actually been "L1" in scope for a long time.

All the little changes they kept adding + all the focal customers and accounts needing to be included + 20+ open source searches needing to be done on counterparties is ridiculous. Plus, with the new procedures taking effect soon, I'm worried hitting production is going to be a bitch, even for those who don't typically have trouble with it. And you know they won't lower production targets and won't care that people are working required overtime to hit production.

I usually go with the flow and understand the type of company I'm working for. But this is getting a bit out of hand.
