What do you love about Taylor Swift?

I don’t know about y’all, but all the social media hate around Showgirl/Encore and Taylor in general has been getting me down lately. (I know I should just ignore it, but it’s hard to!)

So, to counteract that.. what do you love about her? About her music or other work, or about her as a person, or as a brand/business. New or old stuff. Let’s share and make each other feel better!

A dish that tastes like pizza, but isn’t actually pizza?

I have been craving pizza, but I’m currently on a grain-free diet, so I can’t have pizza crust. (At least, not any that I’ve found so far. Not even cauliflower crust, those usually have rice flour.) Can’t have pasta either. And of course, no grains like rice or oats or farro or anything.

I want something that has sauce, cheese, and the typical meat and/or veggie toppings. But I don’t think just throwing those things together would really work. I feel like it needs something else, like maybe potatoes or beans or.. something? Just not sure what to use, or how to combine it into an actual dish.

You can still comment dishes that contain grains, if you want, as that might be helpful for other people, but.. really hoping for some good grain-free suggestions!

Edit: Wow, I was not expecting so many replies! Tons of great ideas here! I’ll be eating pizza(-like things) for days! Thanks everyone!
