Hey everyone!

I’m (F, 22) currently studying in France and I’ll be moving to Heidelberg from June until the end of August for an internship at Neuenheimer Feld.

I’ve already been checking WG-Gesucht quite a lot, but the housing situation seems pretty intense, so I wanted to ask here as well in case some of you have tips, contacts, Facebook groups, websites, or know someone renting a room/subletting for the summer.

I’m mainly looking for something affordable since I’m still a student, and I’m totally okay with living a bit outside the center if the transport connection is decent.

Also if you have recommendations about areas to look at (or avoid), student residences, WhatsApp groups, Discord servers, etc., I’d really appreciate it!
