Hi Y'all, I'm a spicy girl and a pepper enthusiast. I have an abundance of peppers and am about to make a bunch of different things (sambal ijo, pil nam pla, some serrano hot sauce/salsa, pickled serranos and anaheims). I am not selling anything just wanting to share with my community, mainly because this will be my first time even making the first two items. Anyway, if you're interested in any or all let me know, happy to share! I will be handing some out today and tomorrow. Then making a new batch in a week!

UPDATE! I only was able to do sambal ijo and a chunky serrano chili crisp! The others will happen next week!

Hey Austin folks! I dont live in nor am I from Austin but my friend sometimes tours with one of the bands on the main stage and is going to perform with them on Oct 2nd.
