‘Blond by nature’ by Pittnaurer

Few days ago I was suprised by this awesome gift from my girlfriend, I’ve been keen to try this one for over a month now, and the timing for this one couldnt be any better during the heatwaves. I really enjoyed the really strong notes of tropical fruits (pineaple mostly) with a nice zingy finish. I will definitely come back to this producer in the future

Mer 2022, by Richard Stávek

My friend brought me for a visit a Merlot by the OG and a pioneer of moravian biodynamic/natural wine making Richard Stávek. The merlot pleasantly bright, yet still very charp, with some strong notes of sour cherry (like you could bite into the wine), best chilled for an hour. We decided to pair with greek Soutzoukakia (lamb meatballs, with herby tomato sauce)

Does anyone have experience with this winery??

Saw it at one natural wine dealer website, but I was quite suprised that my local shop never had this winery on stock (naturalwineshop brno). So I’m reaching to know if its worth the 17€

KIDDO pét-nat by Milan Nestarec

Milan Nestarec once again proving me that he just never miss, especially with the vintages from the past 3-4 years. This Sauvignon blanc from 10 year old vines, really comes through on the palate with some super sharp zingy notes, and then calming down to more floral-apple notes. Best tip from is to chill as low as possible, and enjoying ideally during some hot summer evening along some bbq 😁😁
