So I just found this sub and I was reading around, because I was thinking of doing some reselling. I saw a post of this guy giving tips and guides to reselling, and it sounded kinda sketchy. I'm confused
Are y'all in here scamming people, selling as real? Everyone do this in here? Or only some of you guys do this? Wthhh
I'm trying to buy a fairly expensive item, total around 3500CNY off Xianyu (goofish).
I have chatted with the seller and he seems legit. Store seems good, rating at 97%, has 50 reviews. He sent me videos of the item, all good.
But I read that on Xianyu it might be hard to get a refund. I'm worried this seller might do a bait and switch on me. Not that so far anything seems sketchy, but since its a huge amount I need to take extra precautions...
Any tips?
I read an unboxing video is important, but I'm not sure if sugargoo can do like a detailed unboxing video or not.

I have chatted with the seller and he seems legit. He sent me videos and the store ratings also looks good. I even requested the seller to take a video of the exact bag that I will be getting, and also hold a note with my name on it for the video.
From my research it seems like an unboxing video will be key to prevent scams. So I would need sugargoo to do a detailed unboxing video to make sure I dont get scammed.. Is this doable? Anyone done this before?

Alright so I contacted sugargoo CS and they say I can request video by adding the personalized photographs option.
For 30 seconds its 10 photos, for 1.5 minutes its 25 photographs. So I got the 25 photographs totaling 50CNY.
Plus also I picked the option to not unpack the original packaging in the order. Plus the star buyer (not sure if this will help).
Hopefully everything goes well. I will also write thorough feedback on the whole experience with sugargoo 👍
Posting this to help people from getting scammed by seller Aymee reps
She's promoted all over rep subreddits by a corrupted moderator, nevel max. The mod promotes Aymee and deletes posts of customers complaining to keep the scam going. Fucking disgusting.
So I'm posting this here, so that when new customers look up aymee on reddit, they'll end up here, the most trusted subreddit imo
The photos are from one of the victims who posted on a CH reps subreddit but it got taken down by the mod. This customer was bait and switched. During QC the customer tried to RL, but the seller forcefully ships the item. Very low quality product
