Can’t transfer from my Truist One Checking?

I opened my Truist One Checking account about a year ago to save up for something, and now I want to use that money. However, I can’t transfer any money from that account. Is there a reason why that I’m missing?

I’ve tried looking through the account requirements and overview, but haven’t seen anything.

When I go to the transfer page, the account isn’t even listed on accounts I can transfer from, but is listed on accounts I can transfer to. If anyone has any insight, I’d greatly appreciate it!

Paper copies for Petition for Writ of Cert filing with SCOTUS?

Hi everyone! Looking for any guidance people have on the paper copies portion of filing a Petition for Writ of Cert. with the United States Supreme Court!

We’re getting quotes from the companies who do the paper copies for you, but ultimately my attorney may just want to have me and another paralegal prepare the paper copies. 40 copies!

Already looking at the rules and like, 6 1/8 by 9 1/4 paper? What the heck…

Send me your best tips!

Hi all! I am hoping one of you will have a suggestion for me. I work as a litigation paralegal under one of the partners at my firm. As I’m sure you know, your attorney likes things formatted a certain way. Recently, I prepared some discovery response drafts, finalizing everything so that all he has to do is enter the response. If needed, I can refine the response formatting, but that probably wouldn’t take too long.

Now, here’s my situation. We recently had a new associate start, and so the partner asked the associate to work on the discovery template I drafted. She (the associate) went through the discovery, answered the questions, and sent it back to me. She had undone all the formatting I did (that I had formatted to the partner’s preference). She told me that she has Autism and it’s hard for her to work on it if it’s not formatted in way that works for her.

I totally understand that, and I definitely want to work with the associate, but I don’t want to duplicate work (having to go back and format everything back to how the partner likes it). I discussed this with the associate, and she seemed receptive for us to meet in the middle.

However, the only suggestion I could come up with was for her to download my template and format it to what works for her to answer the questions. When she is finished, she could send me her version of the template, and I could copy and paste her answers into my draft. We work in a cloud system, so if she just edited the template/draft/document, it would delete any of my formatting.

This still seems like more work, but I didn’t have any other suggestions. What suggestions do you guys have?

As always, I appreciate everyone’s insight!

Edit: just wanted to make an edit to say that I am 100% being sincere here, I really do want to try and find the best resolution!
