Lassie and Jules in s4

I’m in the middle of a rewatch and just finished High Top Fade-out, and it made me SO MAD.

I know that Juliet and Lassiter are cops and can’t always tell Shawn and Gus everything, but I don’t blame them for being mad at the detectives. Between Lassie getting in Gus’s face, letting them think that Gus and his friends were in danger, kidnapping them and tying them up in an interrogation room, and then acting like Shawn and Gus were wrong for being upset, they pissed me off so bad!

When Shawn and Gus were like “I thought we were a team!” 💔

Also, Lassie JUST ASKED FOR THEIR HELP like four episodes earlier with Old Sonora, Shawn saved his life two episodes earlier, and there wasn’t even a ‘sorry we had to keep it a secret’.

Strange aftermath of a spell

So, weird thing happened, and idk if it’s connected or not. I did a spell two nights ago. The spell is supposed to call to your guides for advice in your dreams. I cast it, went to bed, nothing really happened. I shrugged it off.

About half an hour ago, I woke up not being able to breathe, like I was holding my breath. Even when I forced myself to start breathing again, it was like when you get pushed in a pool and are forcing yourself to calm down and breathe normal again. My heart was racing.

Before I woke up, I had a dream. I don’t think what was happening in the dream was important (I lucid dream sometimes and bounce around), but this part was—I heard this voice in my head. It answered my question I asked in my spell. It didn’t sound like anyone I knew or anything, but I couldn’t breathe until it stopped talking.

Am I crazy for thinking this is my spirit guide reaching out to answer me? Am I reading too much into this? Is this normal?? Any advice would be wonderful.
