I got an email from Indeed with some suggested jobs. I clicked on one that seemed interesting, and when I was looking through the qualifications it said I wasn’t qualified in customer service?? Mind you, I have multiple years of customer service, I have it on my profile (see screenshot) AND my resume, so I’m not sure why it did this? I did NOT click the button myself, it just automatically popped up that way. Anyone know why it would do that? I also don’t have a way to fix it and I’m worried it’ll hurt my ability to be considered!
