Spring water for nasal rinse
So now Im going a bit crazy. I did 2 sinus rinses already and used spring bottled water now I'm reading everywhere that this can be harmful and cause infections and even deadly brain eating amoebas. Has anybody else safely used bottled spring water and it not cause any issues? And yes I know to buy distilled water or boil from now on. Just worried about my risk since it already happened twice I did with the bowl and basket spring water bottles.

RWJ Somerville Behavioral Health Unit Fifth Wing
My boyfriend was admitted to rwj in Somerville to the behavioral health unit on floor five west. I was curious to hear if anybody here has ever been admitted there before and how their care they received there was. I'm concerned for my boyfriend after he keeps insisting they are the worst psychiatric hospital ever. Any input on this place people who have gone there in the past, experiences would be helpful.
