Can I know how I can fix this error?

My Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II Steam version keeps crashing on startup with Error Code: 0x00001338 (10138) N and says sp22-game_steam_ship.exe stopped working. It asks me to verify game files and run in Safe Mode, but the crash still happens even after restarting and disabling NVIDIA overlay. Has anyone fixed this?

I’m creating a music video for a client and need a large amount of AI-generated footage. I’ve already used Veo 3 and Envato, but I’ve run out of credits.
