Champagne house tour/tasting (again)
This has to be the most asked question on this subreddit, but I'm asking again.
This will be my 2nd time to champagne, and last time I didn't do much research or planning ahead.
We managed to visit
- GH Martelll
- Mumm
- Tattinger
- Pommery
I have learned.
Now we have a bit of a plan. So far we have booked.
- Billecart Salmon
- Philipponet (largely on our schedule due to this subreddits obsession with this house)
- Bollinger
- Moet (yes super touristy)
- Ruinart
Looks like we are going to have a bit more time in reims and epernay. What other houses should we put on our shortlist? They need to be accessible from reims without a car (since a champagne focused trip plus driving just seems like a bad idea), but walking and public transit work just fine.
What say you, reddit?
