Titration and work

I have put off starting meds for a while as I have a lot going on. I'm starting 20th July and hoping to be on an even keel come the end of September when I am starting a night course.

I have done the A to Z in antidepressants over the years and was always very sensitive to side effects and took time to adjust. Sweats, diarrhea, insomnia etc.

Do people generally take time off work. Do you wait and see? Will the psychiatrist sign you off if needs be or do you get your go. I have a hybrid work arrangement, could I get a note to work at home while I adjust ?

Injured/Sick Duck Steamboat Quay

Anyone know what rescues or organisation might be around that could help a duck? Sitting on the promenade in what looks like it's own excrement

What are the chances?

Cracked the first 3 eggs out of a pack and all had double yolks.

Got me thinking about how that happens. Are some hens just genetically inclined to lay them?

editing ro add an update as I leave the sub

Where to start and what to pay?

Hello, looking for up to date advice as this area seems to be changing today.

Where are good places to go for diagnosis now? Is there any benefit or disadvantages to online or in person? What should be the going rate or best cost? Are there ongoing 📞 sts to consider

Anything to avoid?

Breakfast for kids and dogs

Live in Corbally and often do the canal bank and stop at the Locke for breakfast before walking back out home. My teen has spent the last few years hibernating on weekends but wants to join this weekend.

looking for a spot on or not too far off our route that has seating outside so our 2 dogs ( small & quiet) can sit with us while we get breakfast, I'm easy but she's into sweat breakfasts like crepes or french toast

asking on behalf of a friend. I was lucky enough to get diagnosed through a pilot program through the HSE so I can't give advice.

They've been saving to seek diagnosis, they obviously don't know what exactly they are dealing with. ADHD, PTSD, Personality disorder..When you go are they assessing you for everything or just what you think you might have? if they spot signs you may have something else will that be addressed. I feel like if you go in saying I think I have ADHD then that's all they look for

Edit: Main reason for posting is asking when she should book lol. ADHD eh

.. 700.savrd Will 800 be enough for starting the process
