Buying seats after booking with points
Bought my flight a month ago. Went in today to buy seats and use the rest of my points to choose , maybe some extra legroom seats.
When going through the booking process. I don't see how to use my points on my existing reservation. Did I screw something up or is this a known issue? I reached out to customer service but they said the wait was going to be over 1 hour so decided to try Reddit and see if you find flyers had any answers.
